Mike Norman is a veteran Wall Street economist and trader (former member of four U.S. futures exchanges) with over 30 years experience. He is currently the Chief Economist at John Thomas Financial in New York. Prior to that, Mr. Norman worked as a Fox News Business Contributor and hosted the Mike Norman Show on the BizRadio Network. Mr. Norman is an expert on fiscal and monetary policy and is a proponent of Modern Monetary Theory (MMT). He has a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters from UCLA. Mr. Norman is a frequent guest speaker at various corporate and investment-related events and had the honor of presenting his economic outlook at the Army War College. He ran for NY City Council in 2001.
