Laurel brings an extensive track record to CorporateProfile^R. Leveraging 15-plus years in the securities industry, Laurel has cultivated long-standing relationships with top industry insiders and a wherewithal unmatched in the industry. Laurel is the founder of Corporate Profile LLC. Previous positions held include CEO and Founding Principal of Vision Corporate Consulting, a New York-based Investor Relations firm representing a variety of small- and mid-cap companies located in the U.S. and abroad, Vice President at Coffin Communications Group, a regional West-coast investor relations firm. Additionally, she was a President and Chief Operating Officer of another New York-based investor relations firm, where she is credited for the company’s international expansion to the London market.  Well regarded in the industry for her out-of-the-box thinking and stellar financial “black book”, Laurel’s presence in both the fashion and investment community served as a critical component in launching CorporateProfile.com. Laurel started her career in financial services as a stockbroker at Cruttenden Roth and Paine Webber. Laurel is a graduate of the University of Southern California, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Dilek Mir
Managing Director of Corporate Profile LLC
Dilek brings to CorporateProfile.com extensive experience in business consulting, investor relations, and corporate finance. She oversees editing and scripting for CorporateProfile.com’s video content. Dilek also serves as Managing Director of Corporate Profile LLC. Having provided investor relations consulting to hundreds of companies in a broad spectrum of industries including technology and healthcare, Dilek guides the strategic direction of clients’ corporate positioning and communications in the financial markets. She oversees all written materials and media relations as well as participates in investment community targeting. Dilek was previously Managing Director of Investor Relations with MCC Financial Services and Vice President and founding Principal at Vision Corporate Consulting, as well as Vice President with Coffin Communications Group. Previously, Dilek founded and sold, to Nord Anglia Education, a language communications firm, which under her ownership, served 15 Fortune 500 clients. She has also consulted independently to a number of domestic and international firms. Dilek holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS degree in Finance and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Daria Schabad

Darja brings to Corporateprofile.com extensive experience in both finance and media. She is a trained actress. She was born in Latvia, grew up in Germany and lived in Spain for five years. Apart from English she speaks three additional languages fluently. She is a former German national champion in Rhythmic Gymnastics, she embarked on a performing arts career very early in her life, at the age of twelve, she was chosen for the Lead of a German feature film. As a singer, Darja competed in the popular “PopStars” show in Germany and went through to the last eight candidates, chosen out of a total of 11,000 initial candidates. Post-PopStars she used the popularity of the show as a spring board to launch an independent singing career together with internationally acclaimed producer and song writer, Tony Cutoura. Having appeared in numerous national TV Shows and Newspaper articles praising her talent, Darja has achieved significant success and fame in Germany, before her ambition to receive a University Education. Darja moved to London to receive her BSc in International Relations from the, London School of Economics, and went on to work in financial services for Thomson TradeWeb for two years. At Thomson TradeWeb she covered clients in the UK as well as Spain and Portugal, where she managed the client relationship with the world’s most successful Financial Institutions.

Angelina brings to Corporateprofile^R extensive experience in both finance and media. She has 17 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the securities industry and has worked on Wall Street as a stockbroker, building one of the most stellar rolodexes in the business. Angelina is also President and CEO of MyCityLife, LLC. Which is an “in the know” of what is going on in New York City area and what is HOT! Annamaria Chen

Annamaria oversees the CorporateProfile® content partnership with Clear Channel Airports’ & ConnectiVISION Digital Networks’ in-airport TV network, ClearVISION. In addition to her role as the on-camera host, Annamaria oversees all aspects of production from creative direction to post production editing and packaging. Annamaria brings a strong background in business and entertainment to CorporateProfile®. Prior to joining the CorporateProfile® team, Annamaria worked as a Feature Writer for a Lifestyle magazine, wrote and recorded business tips for KBNP The Money Station, and spent several years in Public Relations at the acclaimed PR firm, MSL Worldwide, and a boutique fashion PR agency where she worked alongside some of the industry’s most successful designers and artists. Annamaria made the transition from publicity to entertainment when she was cast in an MTV pilot as part of the re-branding team for an international clothing brand. In addition to her work at CorporateProfile®, Annamaria lends her dynamic personality to a variety of news outlets and TV programs including NBC Sports, the TV Land Awards, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, The Annual Style Awards, and global gaming powerhouse THQ.
