Since this Cantonese street snack landed stateside it has been a fixture in Chinatowns across the country, but has mostly remained a well-kept secret amongst neighborhood locals. This year Mulberry Street received a new addition, Eggloo (@myeggloo), which is bringing egg waffles to the masses with a hybrid twist that proves everything is better with ice cream.
