New York is home to some of the most extravagant and expensive dishes in the world; two of which happen to be served at Serendipity 3, the Golden Opulence Sundae coming in at $1,000 and the $300 Le Burger Extravagant. In preparation for Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest, host Annamaria Stewart challenges one of the top professional eaters in the world, ‘The People’s Champ’ – Eric “Badlands” Booker, to see who can finish off $1,300 worth of food… the fastest. Annamaria also speaks to “Badlands” about his 20-year career as a competitive eater and gets the rundown on what goes into Serendipity 3’s Guinness World Record holding menu from Creative Chef Joe Calderone.
